Whats Your “Untouchable”?
This is a concept I’ve taught to clients that pay me $8k/month.
It’s a game changer.
The caveat is… YOU need to be in a place of presence and self-awareness to apply it.
See, when your business is making 6-figures revenue… and you’re trying to push to that next level, we naturally outsource.
However, not everything should be delegated.
A mistake coaches at this level often make is a huge overreaction to what they didn’t do before they made 6-figures.
When I was. under $100k+ annual revenue, the mistake I made was NOT getting any help. Keeping too tight and afraid to invest in people to assist me.
After I got past $100k I fell into a trap of delegating TOO much.
When you have cashflow spare, the relief of paying people off can get addictive.
But I was abdicating out of fear, instead of delegating out of responsibility.
And I gave away too much.
Before I knew it things weren’t getting done to standards… and I was feeling unfulfilled.
I realized I didn’t want freedom FROM the business …. but I actually wanted freedom of choice WITHIN the business.
I decided to go back to the 1–2 things that I LOVED to do and that I believed I could do better than ANYONE —
They call this “the critical 5%”
I call it your “untouchable”
The one part of the business that you excel, thrive and it fulfils you.
For some, that’s making connections because they have amazing social skills and rapport.
For others, its being a motivational team leader and their mere presence in front of staff elevates everyone to want to do their best.
For me?
Its this.
Writing.
Not shooting videos.
Not livestreams
Not podcasts.
Not webinars.
^^^ I rarely do any of those, even though as a coach you’re “*supposed to* in order to be successful. . .
I just write.
Here I’m in flow.
I feel joy, unlimited, passionate, expressive, vulnerable… a roller coaster of emotions go through me when I write on Facebook .
I get into a ‘zone’ where as I even write this, Im not present to the world around me. I hear mumbles and pick up blurs in my peripheral vision…
But my attention — my presence is HERE. On the screen, in the words. Injecting my message into the screen and infusing it with emotion to help absorb you into it.
Because emotion is what evokes actions.
(E-motion = Energy-in-Motion)
This passion of writing for me, has attracted $100k clients.
Landed me media features.
Invites for speaking gigs around the world.
And established a tribe of coaches / consultants that enjoy. and use my content to make huge amounts of money and a more fulfilling business.
^ But all that was only the outcome… not the intention.
Thats the power of your “untouchable”.
You do it for the process…. but it leads naturally to the desired effect.
My goal in business is always the same — to outsource everything else so I can be more and more focused on ONLY doing my untouchable.
Then you have a company where everyone is doing their own untouchable.
And it flourishes.
