As I explained in my guest podcast appearance with Dan Kuschell Most coaches are slaves to their business.
Whilst a small few make their business work for them.
The only difference between them is systems.
What do you want your life to look like? What do you want to do? And when? With who?
First, decide what life you truly want to live (and not just what you THINK you’re capable of).
Then, create systems for each department of your company – from marketing to sales to client- fulfilment.
You can either take your business online in order to automate most of the process,
Or, you can train coaches to deliver service on your behalf.
At one point I was deathly afraid of hiring coaches.
Now… I wouldn’t have it any other way! Its just something that when you learn HOW to do it, the fear goes away.
3. Growth: “How much impact am I truly making?”
I’m sure you understand that the more lives you touch with your expertise… the more income you stand to make.
Pretty simple economics!
Yet most coaches keep playing small, because of fear.
