The coaching / consulting industry gets pricing wrong in the worst way.
Its one of the only industries that comes up with pricing based on ego.
Problem with that is, most coaches end up charging too little and getting poor quality clients and no profits.
Or charge higher than they can actually sell with integrity. Meaning their revenue slows right down.
Or they don’t consider the costs involved (time, money and energy) to serve that client. And end up at break even month on month.
(Then they get desperate and cut fees back down again).
The yo-yo ego pricing gets tiresome after a while.

It starts with outlining your costs firsts.
What does it (or do you estimate) to acquire a typical lead or client?
What does it cost to deliver the service to that client?
How much profit margin are you wanting to make on top?
Pricing starts from the very top — with your bigger plan for the company, and the estimated operating costs.
This is why so many coaches & trainers struggle to make profits, even though they sell like crazy.
