Its one of the only industries that comes up with pricing based on ego.

Problem with that is, most coaches end up charging too little and getting poor quality clients and no profits.

Or charge higher than they can actually sell with integrity. Meaning their revenue slows right down.

Or they don’t consider the costs involved (time, money and energy) to serve that client. And end up at break even month on month.

(Then they get desperate and cut fees back down again).

What does it cost to deliver the service to that client?
