The Fastest Way to Make Money This Week  –  How to Reactive Former Clients…

Fitness pros are spending so much time & energy making content, videos, blogs to get clients. Its draining and frustrating to get new people to understand your value.

Yet, there’s a faster, easier and cheaper way to boost your recurring revenue direct debits THIS WEEK. . .

Re-active the former clients who already know, like and trust you, but fell off your program for some reason.

If do this one strategy — at least once a month, you’ll be able to get numerous new clients through the door with little effort or spend.

(use THAT money towards your Facebook ad fund)

At the end of this post I’ll share how a trainer did this to add £6,000 to his bottom line, with just a mobile phone and a few telephone numbers…

=> Step #1: Pull up your list of former clients

You should have at least email and telephone number, if not home mailing address.

You might have only 20, 30 or 50 former clients, but that’s more than enough for this to work.

=> Step #2: Re-establish contact

Have someone reach out personally (or do it yourself, depending on the size of your organization) and find out why they left in the first place.

Its often minor things.

“Things got in the way…”

“I got sick for a month…. I meant to re-sign…”

“Fell out of the motivation and need a kickstart…”

“I tried somewhere else but it wasn’t as good as yours… but I was too embarrassed to get in touch with you again”

These are often responses you’ll get from former fitness clients.

You’ll see that many of them don’t have a reason so strong for quitting that they could not be tempted to re-activate their subscription with you.

Step #3: Make a Re-activation offer to that list — once every single month

Since you already have a warm relationship here, don’t “try” so hard. Just be frank, upfront and honest.

Let them know you’d love to work with them again.

And that you’re giving them a no-strings 7 days / 14-days on the program, to re-ignite their motivation and momentum. IF they want to continue after that point you’ll make them a special re-activation offer.

You just need to get people back through the door so they re-live all the great feelings, results and community that comes from your facility or bootcamp.

I recently helped a gym owner in the UK do this.

From a list of 86 former clients over the past 6 years, we reached out with a 2-week kickstart offer.

We got on the phone with 50 of them,

26 booked in for the two weeks

15 completed the two weeks

10 of them resigned to the value of £600 each.

£6,000 overall revenue is not too shabby for spending a couple of days on the phone chatting to old clients.
