At Bodyshape Fitness, many years ago I created the “Bodyshape Giving Program”.
We wanted our business to be a pillar of our community- to offer value not only to our clients, but to our wider community.
We did that by reaching out to numerous charities, associations and causes that needed help.
We hold fundraiser workouts, events and initiatives that help THEM too. So the more people get in shape with us, the more food, money, resources or aid are raised for causes in need.
The Law of Reciprocity always kicks in.
When we created social impact goals, with no insistence of a financial return… we actually gained:

That’s why fitpros inside our Mentorship program are given an entire Fundraiser charity outreach system. This is the Bodyshape Giving program that I created — replicated and modelled so other fitness pros can give back.
